i think people are too focused on the secretary thing but other than that i really feel for the mc with the whole take over thing, he’s lived his whole life having everything be x10 harder bc of the fact he’s an omega and even if he’s the most competent person in the company and the rightful heir to be chairman people still undermine him bc of the omega thing (like there’s people switching sides literally just bc ml is an alpha),
only to then have his childhood friend who says he likes him and who doesn’t really care for the chairman spot straight up say he will not give it up for no apparent reason (mc obviously doesn’t remember the bet and even if he did it’s still a stupid ass reason) even if he knows he has an immediate advantage for being an alpha and that no matter how competent and better mc is at his job they would STILL choose the alpha as chairman simply bc he’s an alpha like i would also be hurt as hell if i was in mc’s position i would feel like he’s just doing it to hurt me even knowing im already in a tough position simply for existing
also the father sucks too bruh from mc’s perspective he probably feels cornered by both him and ml
