this is an awesome read. this might be one of the only bls that accurately portrays friendships bc it really doesnt feel forced whatsoever. i loved the addition to a trio n the girl wasn't portrayed as a villain (surprising since this was made in the 2010s).
no but seriously this bl has some sort of flair that new bl cannot portray about friends to lovers as it always starts smth abt how theyre into their friend for years or whatever.... this one does just that but writes it in a way that the attraction that they hav for each other is so subtle. that from an outsiders perspective, you wouldn't know that they would be attracted to each other and think that theyre just guy friends being fruity as a joke!!
one problem i hav abt this is how anticlimactic the confession scene was, but in a way, it's captured so realistically?? like love confessions between friends can be rly anticlimactic i swear bruh and i cant believe this bl accurately portrayed that. and also I don't like how this was only 5 chapters. like cmon i need more!! i wanna see them growing up together!! their dialogue and dynamic is just so refreshing to see!!
