I agree. I really dislike that rule where if the king develops feelings for the professional queen then it's still the professional queen's fault like wth??? Who made this damn rule???
He knows she will be the one to blame if there's feelings involved but he's still trying to pursue her. What kind of selfish asshole is that ? We don't even know if she's. A commoner or a low ranked nobles depending on that she could really be in danger but he doesn't give a fuck???
I can already guess he's the kind of guy that thinks all women wants to fuck him so he hates them. And they met when they were young and she didn't remember anything but meeting her defined his whole life afterwards. So he choose her for the position because she never could be one of his consort because of his status. The fact he never had a consort or a queen despite his age makes it quite obvious.
