They entered different time lines with different versions of each other but they always end up together because they were bonded. Arok is too traumatized to notice that he is not his original klopp. It's almost like a reward for arok because he gets to live happy thinking klopp forgave him. The 3rd time line follows klopps rebirth and he is the one that discovers that the arok of that time line is not his real arok. Which he sees as a punishment due to his actions from his first life and his story goes more into depth about the side affects of their bonding. However arok and klopp from the first time line will never meet again thats why the author made a what if where arok survived in the first time line and stays with klopp

This ending was really disappointing, I personally don't like how the ml does not take actual accountability for the things he's done. Like what do u mean in the end the Mc ends up being the only one to apologize that's horrible. When u take into consideration the fact that everything the ml has done for revenge was more or less to feed his sick personality?? He enjoyed doing these things to the Mc I even began to question if he was even doing this for revenge to being with. And im not sure if it's because they had memories of their past life but the ml had no problem leaving Raphael in the second life so that makes it clear to me he did not feel THAT deeply about the situation. Then again this is just an analysis please tell me if I missed out something from this that could change my opinion. I also don't believe grape is justified either, in no way am I saying that the Mc is a Saint too!
