He's a special kind of beta. Don't worry. He'll turn into an omega later on
Yeah, Ihyun is a Beta, and Weikun tries to change him into an Omega without Ihun's knowledge and when Ihun says he feels unwell Weikun even asks the Doctor to tell him that it's just a stomach ache. Shushu (the Omega painter) realizes that so he takes Ihyun to a hospital where he's told that Omega organs started to form, so then he finds out. And with the Omega changing done about 35% percent he leaves.
I really don't know why everyone says that Weikun is a green flag
