The second holy child was under a brainwashing spell that made him submissive to the bad man. Father undid that spell which allowed him to regain sanity. And pretend to still be under control to gather evidence against the evil man.
I did see them explain that. I just felt conflicted about that, because when he was brainwashed he genuinely seemed to be willing and a bad guy lmao. I guess.... thats brainwashing for you. ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
Does baseball exist in this universe? Lol its a choice to use a baseball bat at a torture weapon.
But also, is that second holy kid actually a bad guy or what? Im so lost. I did skim the last couple of chapters mostly because I lost interest, but with the (goofy freaking bird) recorders and what we saw with their conversations, was he not also all in on the whole ploy? Was i just not paying attention and making it more interesting in my head because I was bored?
