Is it just me or did she have a miscarriage? In ch 138 it kinda showed her bleeding in the lower half and the the moment she woke up they comforted her but its was like something was off. Then she dreamed of that spirt that cries which symbolises death according to them. And the reaction of ml kinda leads to that idea to the point he's breaking down not just because maxi is very hurt. But I might be overthinking things here lol
