I don't think he ends up having a kid, but I did hear he ends up quite close to someone by the end, and some people interpret it romantically.
It's not the dragon hunter guy though, it's the guy thats supposed to kill him in a few years
Saw some comments said Kiryeo.. has an adopted kid with that Dragon hunter guy by the end of the novel.........?? And it was from comments that weren't those "Ahah i was half asleep my bad " like HUH???
