It not rare but it is in minority that characters that bottom seem to dictate their sexual interactions in a healthy way. Witnessing a person let people use them sexually with impression they have no room to give consent isn't entertaining or noteworthy. So when they do choose their partners and have hard No and Yes it go a long way.
