They didn't end up together but they have some moment.
I ended up reading the entire thing. XD I hope they'll grow close romantically in university.
I love how Saku likes her and acknowledges that even tho they have moments, he's can't tell her anything yet. As Subaru is surprisingly oblivious to her own feelings.
Or who knows, maybe now that their friendship has the blessings of both schools, it might become easy for Saku to get close to Subaru.

Finally this arc is gonna end. It was so boring even though it's important but it's boring. Just Give me some subaru x natsu moment please or something good.
