Thats exactly what I was coming to the comments to say. When it wasn't amnesia,(which I was dreading that was the direction it was about to go) I figured it'd have to be going in a threat to stay away from him direction.
It's so much unnecessary agnst and feels forced honestly.
Seriously. Like, I was 100% on board with them starting a new season. Hell, an angsty sad season too! The thing is, this entire season feels so out of place compared to the rest of the story, and it feels like the author is just shaking in their boots because they're too afraid to let a story end. Fuck, they're making it fall like star wars did.
Honestly so fucking lazy plot line... Author should just let this story rest as it was! I hope they prove me wrong, but I don't think they will （￣へ￣）
