yes, although even if they did communicate about it, I don't think they'll have a great relationship after that. Especially since there were lots of things to consider, like trust and love. To me, the alpha "changing" wasn't for the omega, it was for his own gain again. Because "he's now a full omega" and "now he has a child", and not because "I'm starting to feel this way towards you because you're you and I see it now". Not to mention the physical abse he did to Omega, in public, no less. He is the complete jerk he was made out to be, no excuses.
Going forward, with that kind of shaky relationship, would you really think they'll survive? I think not. The child also doesn't deserve parents who aren't healed yet. I agree to some points you pointed out, but not the one where you defend the Alpha, I just can't see him in a good light before and after their own story. Like.. I'm so sorry but he IS a jerk.
I would have loved to seen their first time. Especially since the betas first attempt ended by the alpha kicking him out during his rut for his safety. Followed by him leaving for 1 month. I can only imagine the tension, I would have liked to seen that. Especially seeing the beta being a bit vulnerable in that moment since the entire story he has this wall up because of his insecurities/prejudice mindset.
Also after all the married office omega went through I would have loved to seen his baby. I had mixed feelings when we saw his backstory with his husband. In the main story I hated his husband cuz he appeared to be a cheating husband who abused his omega husband. And although that is true he was also portrayed badly. First like he said they did not get married for love, it was an arranged marriage. He was honest with the omega, that he was seeing someone & that he would mark who he wanted. Second, once that “bond” materialized when the omega had his first heat he ended things properly with the omega he was seeing. Which another point, in the main story they made him seem like he was sleeping around but he only had one main partner he had been with since high school. Again not saying this is right, but in a lot of stories I’ve read it’s almost expected that marriage is a financial business while they had their lovers on the side. Going back to him ending things properly to be now with his omega. But remember the omega manifested late, so his traits weren’t “working” properly. He had no control of his pheromones, which like in all omegaverse made his alpha mad b/c they are very possessive of their omegas. In omegaverse that’s basically them cheating/flirting. This was an issue of miscommunication bw them. He could have handle things differently & tried to be more understanding but I think that’s when his alpha instincts over powered him. So after reading their story I realized he wasn’t the complete jerk he was made out to be. It was a mixture of miscommunication & his alpha instincts over powering him. Cuz even the MC beta said the alpha could be very attentive and caring but the omega didn’t see that.’which leads to my other issue, the omega also played a role in this. Because his alpha husband was honest with him since the beginning & when he finally became a full omega the alpha was “ready” to he proper partners. But cuz of his pain of his past one sided love he didn’t trust or let in the alpha. He was always on guard and defensive against the alpha,‘which would make his alpha react that way and lead to the many miscommunications the had.
