Only rated and/or tagged stories were recovered, nothing else will come back.
Mine still hasn’t come back, so I created a new list. I think I read somewhere that some lists are permanently deleted.

WHAT?!?! does that mean they manually find their “already read” list one by one???
Well some people usually either tag or rate all their reads, so they probably got them all back due to that. Others probably look through their bookmarks or comments they left under stories or other people's lists to find stories they remember reading.
