It happened to everyone in January. Mangago's data disk crashed, only rated and/or tagged stories were recovered. Nothing else will come back, you should start rebuilding your lists yourself. Try to look through your bookmarks, or maybe look at your comments you left under stories or look through other people's lists to find everything lost back.
