I thought of it more like they were sitting there being honest with each other. They finally are able to have an emotional and mature conversation and are finding comfort in each other thsg was js my opinion though

Cus that's a part of life too??? People talking about how THEY feel together to find a common ground. Jk was relatinh to him to tell fan that he IS strong enough to over come it and to find something to work towards and then dan told jk he was strong even as a kid. Y'all view it so black n white.
