I'm 100% sure they're going to pull some bs like: “Yeah, Sanada said ‘I wish we'd never met,’ but what he REALLY meant was ‘so I wouldn’t be a burden to you’ or ‘so you wouldn’t have to keep fighting when you don’t want to.’” And if they actually go that route, imo that would be the dumbest and most stupid thing they could possibly do. Because my boy is already doing his damn best. He fought even when he didn’t want to, purely because he felt guilty about hurting someone he had started to care about. And what does he get for that? Trash talk that completely breaks him. The only reason he even starts healing is because Kithara shows up and gives him the kindness and love he needed in the first place. So seriously… what the hell are they trying to pull here??? Sanada’s feelings aren’t invalid, sure. But you don’t get to dump those feelings on someone who already healed from the damage you caused. You don’t get to show up stirring shit just because things didn’t go your way after you fd up. And you definitely don’t get to come back pretending to be friends and acting like the “innocent guy” when your intentions are clearly something else.
