Yeah she's kind to fault. Kind to the point of stupidity cause she'd rather get bullied until she's killed but won't utter a word about it to her family because she doesn't want to worry them. Her own bullies are already a handful but she tries to save someone else who's being bullied and get new bullies after her ass. Honestly ppl like them won't survive long irl unless they have someone protecting them. Pure and selfless ppl like her are a rarity so i can understand your frustration.
I respectfully disagree, the sister is tolerant of her bullies but you forgot that before she has no one to talk to about the bullying, you want her to tell her grandfather about it? come on even I know that gramps can do nothing about it except being worried or worst it would be the reason of his health to decline and the sister don't know that ijin was a mercenary or that he's more than capable of solving the problem, of course she's silent plus the bullies have a great background (their family have a footing in the society) but anyway it might be annoying for you but I guess you missed some of info or situations at her point of view and not yours

First. When she was hiding all the school abuse, especially hiding the abuse that drew blood
2. When she saw or hear her brother fighting and winning then the next times he's fighting she's crying and telling him to run away.
C. Now she's walking home, see a group of persons arguing and feels she can stop them. SHE CANT EVEN FIGHT!!!!

Her being "stupid" is what gets us some good plot and fighting scenes from the MC but damn...
