I don't think so. Some said will get it back after they fix the problem, but it's been a month. I'm starting to lost track with other stories, and I coundn't even remember most of the title
No. The server that crashed contained the lists for everybody and the developers were only able to recover some titles for each person -- mostly recovered were comics that were star-rated for tagged. You'll need to start rebuilding your lists.
