wdym? if they adopt and say kwon is the baby and ho’s dad then they can take his last name. since same sex marriage is not legal, adoption is the way to get the same surnames and become legally bonded
I’m not entirely sure about how it is in other countries but I know in America same-sex couples would adopt the other instead of being married (since it was illegal). It allows them sort of the same privileges and rights as being legally married. If that makes sense.
