Same, I try to avoid high school settings. You just don’t wanna read about it cause you feel like a Pedo. Also even if there isn’t any sex, it just feels like I’ve outgrown those themes and don’t wanna read about them studying for shit to get into college, cause lol we’re already in college, no need to relive some math solving trauma
Rlly? I'm a uni student and I still love school settings. Coming of age/young love themes are sooo good. I miss high school bc u just get to hang out with your friends everyday and stay out late on weekdays. The nostalgia hits ╥﹏╥

i unfortunately didnt have any good memories of highschool lmao, . and so no nostalgia. i do still like coming of age/young age, prob bc i never experienced it. just anything with sex is veryyy weird now. and yea like person above said, don't wanna relive exams/studying
Absolutely hated high school, didn’t feel like I integrated with the people there. I will occasionally read coming of age stories but they have to have an actual plot and some of the high school mangas have mostly smut but yeah, I won’t rush to read them.
I don’t mind reading about college settings tho, there’s just much more relatable freedom with uni and I feel like you figure out alot of shit in uni.
