I think this would be better of if they hadn’t made ml interfere with ariana that much. Just like how Ariana wanted the revenge on her own. He was always there as the knight n shining armor that it made it all seem that ariana falling for him would only be given. It’s cliche but hey at least its not the typical cold northern duke ahh ml
