I’m pretty sure he was insecure about being an omega. He doesn’t look like a stereotypical one.
Gyuha’s parents had him undergo the surgery right before he hit puberty for his secondary gender. They did this so he wouldn’t have to deal with societal discriminations that male omegas face. Right before they decided to get him the surgery, a young male omega child committed suicide due to bullying, and it became nationwide news and started a discussion about the treatment of male omegas. This scared Gyuha’s father, and they decided to get him the surgery even though it was too early for him to get it, which is why he still has issues due to it.
Can someone explain to me why he underwent surgery for removal.?
