I really want a re-adaptation , but is that even possible. I just considered myself lucky I get to know the novel first before reading this. The novel was so good I couldn't put it down.
sometimes they make remakes for action manhwas but i doubt it's going to happen for a BL stoey, sadly...
i also feel lucky to have read it before getting influenced by the manhwa... i also couldn't put the novel down, it was just so lovely i HAD to finish it in one sitting, i even sacrificed a good night sleep crying and laughing like a madwoman to see it to the end ٩(๑˘◡˘๑)۶

the novel was SO SWEET and so funny and beautiful, like i was always laughing AND crying every chapter bcz of these cute boys. soooooo i really wanted to like the manhwa. I DON'T. i really wanted to see the ''intelligent face but dumb af'' Yooyeol but THIS. DOESN'T. DO. THE. NOVEL. JUSTICE. this is past the salvageable stage. art is pretty but the plot has become a wet towel forgotten in the laundry machine for 2 weeks. IT SUCKS BAD.
the whole original plot for this story revolves about MC and ML yearning for each other in their own ways, compromising for the well-being of the other and HEALING TOGETHER but this dumb adaptation just BROKE THEM. like i'm sooo pissed rn.
like, from the first chapters we learn that joomin was graped as a child, which IS a plot-point, but for your info, we don't learn of that until MUCH MUCH LATER. and it is like THE WHOLE REASON he rejects Yooyeol despite his attraction to him, he doesn't want to be used but he gets bested by Yooyeol since that guy IS PERSISTENT BUT LOVELY AF. he litterally helps him to get past all his traumas and they get so much closer when joomin trusts him enough to tell him what happened and two hours later joomin catches the guy ready to beat the shit out of the persecutor of that shit. GRAPE IS NOT ROMANTICIZED IN THE ORIGINAL STORY. forced guiding is even seen as an act of betrayal. SO WHY. WHYYYYYYY IS IT BRUSHED OFF LIKE NOTHING. even if it's not between the main characters, it's so dumbbbbb (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
their whole relationship is give and give and give more and give even more in CIRCLES. kindness becomes love becomes yearning becomes trust becomes FAITH. fr, they're so silly and cute, and PURE HEARTED. this manhwa makes them so OOC it hurts. i can't even fathom how much they will destroy the whole Woojoo&Yooyoung characters... i can't continue to read this in my right mind when i read in comments that they also added rape scenes for no fucking reason.
also, i really recommend everyone that enjoyed the synopsis/premise to read the novel, as it's quite short (only 14 chapters, divided in 2 parts mostly so a little less than 30 chapters).
