I don’t remember what happened to Taeha’s mother but didn’t she die ? My guess is that he’s planning to harm his stepmom to get back to Taehee.
I got no idea dude. Why do you think Tae-Ha is going after the step-mom? I didn't get that vibe. She doesn't really strike me as a key player in all of this, like his main priorities are dealing with his brother and red head-POS first.
I think the director (Taehee's mom) asked her son how was his leg doing when they meet again after he returned to Korea (?)
He says to Taehee that it was not bad calling her « mother » and we don’t know what happened to his own mom so it’s just a guess that he could target Taehee’s mom to get back to him for targeting Haesoo

To me it sounds like Tae-Ha is asking his brother if he needs another broken leg, like "you didn't learn your lesson after I broke your leg?"
But given the context of the story, I think it's more plausible that Tae-Hee broke Tae-Ha's leg, and Tae-Ha is asking "was breaking my leg not enough?"
I *think* the second interpretation is the correct one, but with the vibe of the interaction, Tae-Ha choking Tae-Hee, my brain is saying the first one is right. I honestly would prefer the first one, like Tae-Ha finally snapped from all the torment as a kid and broke Tae-Hee's leg. But on the flip side, maybe the dad favors Tae-Ha because Tae-Hee broke his leg (I mean anyone can see that's fucked up to do to your sibling).
