I just remember the 1st chapter where the main charcter comes from the busy tokyo and hand out in a quiet city where he meets a boy (straight) that he starts liking. The boy invits him to their family inn and stuff. it's also a hot city and they climb these long stairs which the main charcher struggles with. It's a sweet manga where both the main characters are kind and understanding.
