BECAUSE... Because they end up together in the novel T-T There's even a Shirousa ending in the novel :D Everyone was so mad about Hina and Akira being the main couple saying that "it's BL bait" "Why did I read all that thinking it was gonna be BL only for him to end up with a girl" and it got so much hate because of that... I think that's the reason why they changed it and removed all the girl routes (╥﹏╥)
Can't believe I'm actually rooting for Hina, why this BL manga gave her all that spotlight bruh, should've just make her a pure mob character.
