Ik this isn't really the site to ask for this but can I visit an ob-gyn here in PH (around pampanga) without a guardian? Im still a minor but I wanna get consulted (not a pregnancy case)

    Yes, you can get a medical consult with any OB-GYN as a minor, without permission from your guardians. But the OB-GYN may be legally compelled to seek your guardians if there will be procedures needing consent. It also depends on the clinic’s policies, so maybe call them and check. Also, I know you said not a case of pregnancy but if you wanted birth control, access to contraceptives is prohibited to minors under reproductive health law. Section 7 of the Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health (RH) Act: no person shall be denied information and access to family planning assistance, except for minors, who need to ask their parents' permission before availing themselves of these services. (minors: less than 18 years of age)
