At the beginning, it definitely had potential. She remembered her past life, but she was still herself in her current one. I found that nice, because usually when MCs remember their life they are in the mindset they previously had as an adult but she was able to be a child.
I also liked how they portrayed her trauma after being kidnapped, the self harm and suicidal thoughts as well. They at least didn’t brush past through it completely.
The plot takes a while to develop, but it feels like it was never there the more you read. There were many cool things which would’ve been nice to be extended on but weren’t, so parts of it felt rushed.
Overall, it was a boring read. It wasn’t that bad, but it wasn’t entirely great. It was good only, and that’s about it. Nothing new about this story, every aspect about it was typical.
I would have given this a 3/5 at best… If it weren’t for the fact that the male lead knew the main character when she was a kid. (And yes, he was an adult then). It’s even acknowledged in the story, but only the male lead does a couple times before it’s forgotten. It’s gross and a big shame.
My last and final rating for this manhwa is a 1/5.
