Well, the MC finally finds some normalcy in a town, on earth I think, with some really kind people. And just when he starts to find himself surrounded by love and warmth, the city gets destroyed, his new found family either dies in front of him or he finds their mangled bodies(?), and he wonders the city in complete shock and denial with people screaming in agony and terror around him. And I think it gets even more sad when they shed more light on the long haired boy.
BUT, I have it next to me on my shelf, however, it's too cursed so I haven't read the volume(s) I bought in at least 10 yrs. I didn't want that bad juju following me. If you REALLY want me too, I might brave it and tell you more accurately. And for all I know, maybe you've seen it and they added it here, I literally never read anymore after that so......
I think you might have stopped around where I last read. I vaguely remember the long haired one's sad past. I'm just contemplating whether or not to reread this one. I remember liking it but my memories of it are so vague.
Now, I actually wanna dip in and get the next volume after all I freaking said. Dang it
I remember reading this as a kid. And when the translators abandoned this with no intent to return, I bought the next volume brand new. IT WAS ONLY TRAGEDY, DESTRUCTION, AND DESPAIR. Ya'll prob better off not knowing what happened next lol
