seeing how it is spelled as 티에 in hangul, i'm assuming it's 'Tee-yae' or 'Tee-yea'. And when i saw her full name 아스티에, i thought it was Asther but added with an 'i' (Asthier) but honestly i don't think there's right or wrong cause her name's probably not meant to sound similar to the names in the modern world
