I think Pina in real life (before reincarnation) would be like… a toxic fangirl who likes picking fights with other fangirls. The type who ‘claims’ a fictional male husbando and believes she’s the most legitimate wife for him. She’d send hate comments and spam insults to other fans who like the same husbando.
If it were a real person she’s stanning, she’d probably be the kind of crazy girl who does anything just to feel ‘close’ to her idol. A parasocial fan taken way too far... stalking, sending creepy love letters, or even disgusting things like sending menstrual blood to the idol.
