I can’t stomach this forced relationship anymore. God. I’ve only read till volume 10 but Goooooddd is there any depth to the characters at all? They just exist to fornicate each night. Allen having the moral compass of a decrepit pervy man, leaving his supposed husband to dedicate himself to someone that’s disposition has changed due to the fundamental lack of interest they were receiving from him—makes me wonder what sort of mental gymnastics he had done to come to the conclusion of chasing a situationship that he initially regarded as a “relationship without love”, for the sake of what exactly? your pride of being the dullest king to have existed? your misshapen ego that’s controlled by your penis? Your fickleness is undeserving for you to govern a country. Then, on our other contender, this cliche in denial straight guy that was railed for 6 months and still having conflicted thoughts about his railer and he, the railee’s feelings for one another. It baffles me how you adapted to your position so quickly without the need for acquiescence, yet you still had the gall to admit that you didn’t like men? It intrigues me how this respectable and courteous pharmacist let his self be used; no less that of a common prostitute. I wanted to give this a chance since I loved historical genres. But goddamn this is incomparable to trash. A sorry excuse of a ploy made by the ingenious (yes, sarcasm) main character.
