Honestly, I'm so big on reading novels. Its true for most stories in a way, most things (movies, series, manga's, webtoons) can't capture the smaller details and inner thoughts like portrayed in the novels.
Yeah, that's unfortunate. I still love the manhwa, but i'm grateful for reading the novel even more
I really like the manhwa it's beautifully illustrated, some scenes are arranged much better for the flow, and genuinely great adaptation but I'm sad just how much of the mc's inner dialogue gets cut out. In the novel he describes so much about his feelings and views on things, e.g. the interaction with the lovers in bed painting, in the novel he said that he is sorry for criticizing another painters work, that in their place he would feel distraught if someone was so mean to his work - that's why he paid attention to the name, to remember them and properly honor them. You are just not getting that from the manhwa. A bit sad it's all I'm saying. I'm wondering how the next chapter will play out - with the famous painter cause most of the novel chapter was his inner thoughts
