Yeah... Though it may seem short, these manhwa creators usually rely on panel counts. So it could have reached the proper panel count (usually 40-50) but it could be the few dialogues and few scenes that makes it appear short.
And the first few (maybe 1-5) chapters are always longer than the following ones... because it's always the first 5 chapters that hooks the readers enough to make them wait every week.
