Like I get that what happened to chaejun was terrible and seunghyeon MIGHT be the cause, but we still don't know what exactly happened, so unless if seunghyeon deliberately bullied chaejun, which i don't think he did cuz of glimpses we've seen of their past as kids, seunghyeon doesn't deserve what that uncle is doing to him, bc he doesn't have the right to. He can speak to chaejun but he can't just tell seunghyeon to break up with him bc he doesn't like him, it's chaejun's choice. Yes the past has an affect but it totally depends on the person whos involved (mc and ml) to solve their problems and not uncle.
