Most omegaverse deal with this issue by making it so you can’t get seduced by your relatives pheromones. It’s like how babies can hear their parents voice in the womb? They can also smell their parents pheromones so when they manifest, they don’t get aroused and same goes for siblings since they share dna. I don’t hate this one though and considering this wasn’t their fault but rather the fault of the school and bullies for not adequately protecting omega children, I don’t judge them about it either. They made the best of the worst situation. Also, in certain cultures, kissing immediate family on the mouth is normal. I know in my family, my mother kisses my sister on the mouth and she used to do it to me too but I got grossed out by the time I started dating. My sister tries to kiss me on the mouth too but I make her settle for literally any other kiss lol so she gets nose kisses. It’s quite normal to be kissy and affectionate with siblings!
i think in this case, considering they manifested long after birth (i think? been a while since i read this) they were controlled by their instincts and naturally ignored relations by blood, which is pretty normal within other animals. i totally dont judge either, it was purely wrong place wrong time considering one was freshly manifested and the urge to mark an omega is strong. but yeah i get what you mean haha, my parents used to kiss me on the mouth too until i started to grow up
Well yes they physically manifested in puberty but they were always omega and alpha. Like how ALL sexes work, you get it in the womb during the last trimester which actually means everyone is a female omega in the womb until the last trimester.
It really is just wrong time wrong place for those two but I wish more happened to the bully and the school. If my sister (she’s 4) was in this situation where during puberty she was unfortunately enough to have any medication of hers taken away from her and it led to a terrible incident, I don’t think anyone could stop me from killing the person who took her medicine away and the principal for allowing such behaviour to happen. I know socialites are different and they view their kids as tools but even if it’s just for appearances, I’d raise a huge fuss about the omega child’s medication being taken.
