Ikr.. We need better redemption arcs.. Recently I read moon fragments and disappointment I felt.. I don't get this BS that Ml is just supposed to treat mc little better and kill literally anyone... Standards too low that we are in hell.
Yes for real they always give in way toot easily I mean okay they may have horrible past bit so what I have too I don’t treat people like that it doesn’t justify every thing and if they did something bad it should be aknowledge and treated for a long time not just glossed over (I read a novel called the wall of night and man the story is good but I can’t get past of how the mc seems to accept whatever the ml does like man he treat you worst that shit under his shoe wtf do you mean you like him and you’re not angry at him ???? Like what ?? )
And the worst ones are when MC is begging for Ml to love them...like why would you do that he literally raped you.

I read it too.. I still can't stomach it that he loves a man who physically hurts him.. Someone who makes sure that mc feels inferior every chance he gets. And i think author still couldn't show the moments where ML fell for him.. Those feelings suddenly came out of nowhere. Oh god now i remember how much i was looking forward to this redemption arc
Whenever i read this i get so anxious. I just want chasing arc asap. Does anyone have more recommendations like this but they are completed or chasing arc is an action.. I love good redemption arcs too..
