Why is she treating a 20 yo like a 10 yo? Yeah 20 is young to be a parent, but he wants the child and he wants to be with the child's father.
It's the side characters chimming in and over implicating things. Like the best friend telling ml to sod off and leave mc alone a couple chapters back, which, of course was purely altruistic because the best friend definitely didn't want to fuck mc. Sure mc is a little slow, but he's an adult, dammit xD they're way too invasive

You literally BARELY stop being a “ teenager” at 20… that’s is WAY to be young be having a child…

understand your opinion from the perspective of someone who knows that they’ll be endgame and that they love eo, but honestly, victims of toxic relationships don’t always know they’re in that type of situation, so being an adult and wanting to be with his child’s father dont mean nothing in this situation. i mean, we can’t ignore that seojoon really does seem very toxic and dangerous from an outsider’s perspective… think about it, juhyon was always a good student, and then he starts going out with this perv bad boy who’s just fckng him, and suddenly he starts missing classes, getting distracted from everything, he cried a lot because of seojoon, got pregnant, and one of seojoon’s “friends” beat him up.. all of this in just a few months, because of a guy who, from the beginning, was clear about only wanting sex. i mean… it’s not just about him wanting to be with his child’s father. i started liking seojoon at a certain point in the manhwa, but the truth is that everything between them screams abusive relationship so it makes sense that his sister and best friend get involved trying to stop it

I think you summarized it very well, seeing it from that point of view definitely changes my perspective! I think it's so jarring because he's being so infantilized as a character, not just by his environment but by the author as well, pushing him into the direction of him being an adult child
