Ok so he already knows she's Paula. He's still looking for the right moment to ask her abt it. Buttttt guess what?? Alicia knows all about Paula working for Vincent 5 years ago and that she's the maid Vincent's looking for. So when a servant calls Paula by her real name, Alicia responds to it and pretends to be Paula for a while. Paula decides to run away ( againnnn ) but Vincent catches her in time and tells her that's he's known who she is for a while and he didn't call out Alicia's lie cuz she was Paula's sister.
