plot tldr: it takes place in ancient times, and mc went through fucking hell because of the ml to put it mildly and the only way out was via death and was then reborn with all his original memories and met ml again who doesn’t have a fucking clue at first on why poor mc hates his ass so much

ml is such a fucking dick until the latest season, he never tells mc ‘why’ he married her aka due to a bet made between him and his friends and to forget his own ex wife (who’s.. well.. basically cheated on him and tried to pass off another man’s baby as his)

as a result of her marrying him, the public and even ml’s own family fucking ‘hate’ mc to put it mildly and constantly all talk major unfair shit about her and compare her to ml’s ex wife (mc knows, but because she wants to be as she puts it, a good wife to him, she grins and bears it even though it’s slowly killing her in all aspects quite clearly)

even the ex wife is a fucking major cunt toward mc, since she keeps trying to get back together with ml (which is stupid since he literally said fuck off god knows how many times to her)

mc finds out accidentally about the bet and understandably is heartbroken especially among other recent things happening in the story.. yeah she’s falling apart

wildly though? ml in the latest season finally grew a pair of balls when mc had enough and bailed on him and is trying to win her back atm

I stayed because the plot actually is really good, the mc has character growth from a native girl into the girl she is now, plus the art eats
