so im a little new to track and field, and tomorrow is our first meet. I'm gonna do 100M hurdles and long jump. thing is, i dont have spikes...the ones i do have are used and are kinda dull but idk how much is TOO dull yk? and my normal shoes SUCK bc they're not running shoes, and are really flat and are causing my shin splints to be worse but its what ive been running in....someone please help (⊙…⊙ )
