Bl name

I forgot the bl name.. the story goes ml came to the country side and start beefing with his neighbour coz he thought the neighbour who is also the mc is destroying his family garden but later on the issues gets resolved and the turning point is that the ml is actually sick and went back the city to get treatment.. they do meet again.. and there is also a side study of the class leader. Can anybody give me the name( in middle they have a fire incident too)
