He is ml's cousin. He idolized ml since he was little and he is an alpha too. I think ml stayed with him when he was in the States or smt. Also he does not like mc but it's rather the opposite. Since mc is bulky and "too ugly for an omega" by their world standards and also since he is a male omega who gave birth which is also kind of frowned upon in their world, the cousin doesn't approve of him. He imagined Cha-dog to marry a beautiful, pretty girl/omega but he was disappointed in ml's choice of partner on the day of their marriage. But regardless things is gonna be messy.
