Prolly from the raws, the scans team most probably gets the spanish or french versions as they're easier to access than the korean ones, and then translates from french to english.

Just started reading Chapter 27, and I gotta ask, why are there bits that aren't even English? I wanna say French or Spanish, but again, I only speak English... (Said bits being text that isnt in speech boxes from what little I've read before posting this...)
