I don’t support Ballsack’s past actions, but I think executing him would be an unnecessarily harsh outcome, especially if it stems from the Empress’s betrayal. Tia might even share this perspective. He deserves to learn from his mistakes, but not at the cost of his life. From what I remember, he didn’t try to harm Tia after she was expelled from the Lombardi family, so it’s not like he showed murderous intent. Because of that, I hope he’s given a punishment like exile instead, so he has the chance to reflect on his poor choices, particularly trusting the crown prince and the Empress over his own family.

    Spoiler

He is. Tia saves him and offers him and his mother a place to stay and I think support, if he lives as if he was dead and doesn't cause any trouble.

Well he’s been an ass ever since he was little. He’s rude even with his own siblings, he deserves to rot behind bars. But his parents are the ones who should be unalive.
