I mean, if u were just chillin'/ minding your won business and they just happened to see what you were reading the family member might probably feel more awkward about the whole thing than you. If they are on the younger side (sis, bro, cuz) they might not even care. And if they are older remember that they are also people and have also most probably read/ watched explicit material in their lives as well.
Most likely the person who saw wouldn't care to bring up what they saw or understand.

Hahhaa i’m glad they’re more open now. They were a religious and pretty close minded couple.
