There's these two emperors and we're basically rivals, one had red eyes and blonde hair and one had black hair I don't remember the eye color.
So anyways time skip, the blonde one was said to have died due to poisoning with this wine and then reincarnated basically to a poor boy. He is still blonde but has green eyes and it twinkified. Later into the story we find out he actually still holds the powers he had in his past life and basically becomes a sorcerer by the black haired guy's side.
