It’s been a while since I read it but she’s stuck at the palace for a few months being brainwashed and assaulted physically and sexually. Like her brother keeps trying to have s*x with her but it’s like the one thing she pushes back on. Can’t remember if he actually ra*pes her but it… gets really black flag on those lines and she suffers a lot. But ML comes to save her at some point the brother has her locked up in this cabin that’s how she gets saved cause she’s away from the place. Anyway ML and his people kill everyone at that cabin and successfully get her back. She’s also been pregnant the whole time and had no idea cause.. brainwash she’s not in her right mind at all, but once she gets back to ML she starts getting her mind back, finds out she’s pregnant. She got pregnant on their wedding night from all that boning That’s all I got into the novel and what I remember. But when this comes back it’s gonna be rough for a while cause she’s tortured for months

This plot is so fucking stupid it’s crazy the queen can just magic the king to kill himself and Blaine takes the throne why go through all this nonsense? So fking stupid just reading for smut it makes my brain go smooth
