I’ve been wondering the same thing! If Bada is truly an NPC, why was he given the role of a “cousin” for a player
I think it was explained way back, in order for bada to play the game he needed an identity that is why he was claimed to be his cousin.
True but (and I’m actually wondering this) why after they all forgot and he was remembered did they stick to the idea he was his cousin? Why was that the only thing they remembered they planned?
No, it was explained a while ago. Even though they are players, when they are “disconnected” they have NPC dialogue and roles within the game, without their memories. Inside that game, Seongchan’s character is Bada’s cousin—but that doesn’t mean they are actually cousins in real life; it only applies to their in-game characters.

If all the characters have a set NPC dialogue, then does that mean their names are also just in-game character names?....And if Bada knows he’s inside a game, that probably means he has played a lot of games before, right? So now I’m wondering… is Bada’s backstory just the character’s lore made for the game, or is it actually part of his real life story?
Please enlighten me......Is bada really SEONGCHAN'S COUSIN???? Or it was just them lying for him to do all the brainstorming for the game.... if he is his cousin that's mean he came from the real world too just like them ... that would mean he’s from the real world too not just an NPC created for the story. I'm confused (￣∇￣")
