Why so much rape?!!! Are you insane!!!!

Does every new character introduced HAVE to rape the mc? This shit is so nasty. And the mc acting helpless as soon as his pants comes off is INSANE to me?! Hes a grown ass man that can at least TRY to fight the person off of him. Also, 70 chapters and having at least 10 in a row that’s just Pure rape is nasty, disgusting, why the actual fuck would anyone want to read that? This literally had more chapters with the rapists then the love interest…let that sink in.
